How to Use

You can also cut the suppository into half and use daily if it's too strong or you're looking for a smaller dose.

Ensure that you empty your bowels before inserting the suppository
Remove the plastic wrapping from one suppository
Insert it gently into the rectum (narrow end first) past the sphincter muscles with your finger (use gloves or our suppository applicator for a cleaner insertion)
A suppository needs to go in at least an inch past the rim/muscle of the rectum. A suppository applicator will do this for you.
Try not to empty your bowels overnight (or for few hours).
